What fits me is playing with my kids and inventing games or fun surprises for them. The latest is our "lollipop" garden. The kids and I went outside one afternoon in our backyard and planted a variety of seeds -- watermelon seeds, orange seeds, so on, in the ground. That night after the kids went to bed, I went out to that small patch of soil and put a few lollipops in the ground, lollipop handle sticking down in the ground so that the lollipop colors in their wrappers looked like flowers. The kids had a blast the next day discovering what "grew" overnight. If it makes my kids smile -- it's a fit to me!

What fits me might seem strange to others. What fits me truly is the 30 minute commute I have to and from the office. I love that time to myself. I listen to my music and sometimes enjoy a book on tape. I don't panic or get all stressed out about the traffic. I just enjoy this time to myself before a hectic day at the office may begin or, coming home, to recenter myself on the importance of my family and what's waiting for me at home.
